Doswell is a family-owned housebuilder and main contractor, delivering high-quality residential developments with a focus on sustainability, biodiversity, and programme certainty. Founded in 2005, the business works across the South of England, often in partnership with housing associations and local authorities.
With increasing emphasis on decarbonisation and the improvement of existing housing stock, Doswell has achieved PAS 2030 certification as part of its strategic move into the retrofit and renewables market. Why did Doswell decide to gain the PAS 2030 standard?

The process

The outcome
Doswell passed the PAS 2030 audit with zero non-conformances, “Securing the certification is an important step for us,” says Samuel. “It underpins our future plans and shows our clients we’re serious about quality, compliance and long-term sustainability.
We’ve also adopted Brighter’s Green Hub software to manage documentation and maintain compliance in a structured, efficient way. The system is intuitive, and with training from David, our team is now fully equipped for future audits.”
Looking ahead
