Why did CI Projects decide to gain the ISO standards?
With a commitment to providing the best quality to their clients and with a common alignment between the three ISO standards, the company took the strategic decision to invest their time and resource into gaining the standards at the same time.
Having originally worked with Brighter’s Managing Director, Austin Gibbons, on a previous project, the company sought his expert guidance and validation as they embarked on this important initiative.

The process
Kiran continued, ‘Austin and the Brighter team were fantastic throughout the process, while we were expertly guided, they were careful in not telling us everything we needed to do and approached the role in more of a coaching and mentor role.
The support ensured our team were well prepared for the external audit, while at the same time, educating them on the meanings and purpose behind the clauses within the standards.’
