Forms for ECO4 and the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS)
OFGEM have recently published new versions of forms, for older documentation there is a cut off date of the 19th September.
If during a project, an older form was used before the 19th September (e.g. the pre-installation form) this would still be compliant if the project went past the 19th September.
If the Post-installation form for this project started after the 19th September, then it would need to be using the latest published forms.
Therefore, if a project runs over this cut off date, OFGEM have stated that they will accept forms from the older version and the current version. E.g. older Pre-installation form and latest Post-installation form.
