Certification compliance consultancy Brighter Compliance is celebrating a strong start to trading.
Brighter Compliance, which was set up in October of 2022 has taken on several new clients, with revenues for 2023 forecast at hitting around £500,000.
Brighter Compliance, which was set up by Austin Gibbons has already won several high-profile clients which includes large construction companies and national facilities management providers.
The company, which is based in North Shields supports companies to prepare for and maintain UKAS-accredited standards such as MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme), PAS 2030 (Retrofit of Energy Efficiency Measures), ISO 9001 (Quality), 14001 (Environmental) and 45001 (Health and Safety).
Services include consultancy, management system implementation, training and qualifications and cloud-based management systems to supports clients to properly prepare for and maintain certification to meet environmental, ISO and retrofit standards.
Managing Director Austin Gibbons says:

The business has just announced a six-figure deal with leading facilities management company UK National, which works with national commercial landlords to ensure their buildings and grounds are fit for purpose.

The company will be delivering fire risk assessments across UK National’s recent contact award GSF Car Parks throughout 2023.
The existing team of four has also taken on a new recruit to support growth. Judith Middleton joins the existing team of three as Quality Management Administrator which includes consultants David Stobbs and Robyn Black.

“Jude is joining our team at a crucial point in our growth. Our clients demonstrate a real commitment to health and safety, quality, decarbonisation and standardisation and as such, we expect client requirements to increase three-fold, so she will be integral to the success of operations here.
Our key area of growth is around decarbonisation-related projects which includes retrofit of domestic and commercial buildings. We have developed good relationships already with some key companies who are keen to demonstrate their commitment to net-zero and standardisation in the run up to 2050 and we expect to finish on a strong twelve months of trading.”
